If you’ve followed my journey, you already know that Persevere isn’t just a nonprofit to me – it’s a purpose. It’s a mission born from lived experience, hard lessons, second chances, and the belief that people can rebuild their lives when someone believes in them.

And now, as we prepare for 2026, I’m stepping into something big.

I am planning two major fundraising events – one in Nashville and one in Memphis – that will help support the programs, staff, and students who rely on Persevere every single day. These events will make it possible for us to continue offering hope, education, and pathways to meaningful careers for individuals who deserve a new start.

But here’s the truth:

I can’t do this alone.

To pull off something this meaningful, I need a team of volunteers willing to share their time, creativity, and passion.

So I’m building committees – groups of people who want to help shape something beautiful.

I’m looking for volunteers who love:

Planning and organizing Decorating and bringing a theme to life Fundraising and sponsor outreach Event-day coordination Marketing, advertising, and social media promotion Turning big visions into real experiences

You don’t have to be an expert. You just have to care.
